How to Hire a Great Intern

A lot of your best people came from just proving themselves that a path that we've never hired from the outside? Yeah. So we only hired people who fight their way up. And it's kind of funny because I, for me, it was reverse. When I started making a studio years ago, Aaron came to work with me and I made him an intern. He was my lowest paid employee. But he had that drive and that hustle that a lot of times people lack.
