The other thing that might lead to nukes that is hard to calculate is hate. Their own situation domestically is unacceptable, unthinkable to them. The fact that they're seen as intruders and unfit custodians of American power is unbearable to them. They project that at the moment onto Russia, and that is accompanied by a great deal of hate. That's going to make things very, very unstable. I think it's grim and scary, but we're going to keep an eye on it.
