Is There a Barrier to Entry?

I've heard some pushback on the Nouns model from folks that think the barrier entry is too high, it stops sort of more. The fact that there's a few hundred token holders as opposed to two thousands or tens of thousands, I think increases the overall level of discourse because you have to put thought into it. But financial ownership has not been the only way that we've seen people get engaged. There might be 40 or 50-plus representatives in Nounssel who are engaged in participating governance in the protocol despite not owning a noun.
