The Speaker's Reconsideration of the Conference Report

The bill failed on the house floor to day. Then this is a parliamentary procedure that the speaker is using to pump some life back into it. I would say that this sort of reconsideration would be easier than a reconsideration of the bill that just plain failed, because it goes back to that working committee where they can then iron out maybe those concerns that were talked about on the House floor. So the bill not dead. It should probably be nailed out in that conference committee, and then to morrow we will see it back on the floors.
