How Much of a Half Are You Going to Make?

When is the right time to decide what, what is going into a product? How much of a half are you going to make? I mean, it kind of almost happens to itself, as long as you have a certain degree of discipline. This is the epicetar thing, which i guess we'll talk about next episode.
