Trump Invoked Title Forty Two a Through the Centers for Disease Control

Title forty two was an existing public health order, and trump invoked it. It essentially enabled president to tell customs and board action that when they arrest the people for crossing the southern border illegally, they could quickly just expel them. The purpose of it was to avoid overcrowding in these federal border facilities. And we saw numbers plummet, illegal crossings plummet as a result.
