The Search for Wisdom
With two nations my soul is vexed, and the third is no nation. The Lord gave me a tongue as my reward, and I will praise him with it. Draw near to me, you who are untaught, and lodge in my school. Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles. Lamentations 3:16-20 says that Jesus "poured forth wisdom" out of his heart. Proverbs 24-17 states that those who take these things to heart will become wise.
