How to Be Kind to Yourself
If you have acted negatively toward or harmed someone, even unintentionally, there's e risk of denegrating or devaluing the person. Guilt feelings, the unconscious defense, reasoning as if i was unkind, then they must have deserved it. That seemed so intuitively orvisrally true to me. And this just so much complicate. We complicate where we we are, complicated we are. O,. and and so we watch ourselves. We listen to ourselves talk and learn what we believe that way.We also watch ourselves behave and make decisions about what's happen based on what we do. It may have hapened for a completely different reason and become self- perpetuating.
