Kenneth anger was one of 10 filmmakers who got a $10,000 film makers grant from the Ford Foundation in 1964 to make custom car commandos. The movie ended up being like three minutes long and it's significantly shorter than Scorpio rising which I think was at least pushing the 20 minute mark. They say that oh well he just lived on it and like fritted it away and like he he tricked them to like give him $10,00 but you know what let's talk about the Ford Foundation for a second because these are not dumb people okay.
