Set Up a Team for Success

How do you set up a team for success on a big workday, like working bison or ship and bison? I think one of the biggest things that a person can as take the pressure off yourself and off that person. We start every day of works with a safety briefing - they bring up different safety topics. And we say a prayer before we work animals; if you're not comfortable with that, feel free to step outside.
