The power of intermittent fasting. How would that apply to human beings? Well, let me give you a human study that's a correlate of this using Italian athletes. So they took two groups of Italian athletes on an exercise program. They were given the exact same amount of food every day. What they did was just changed when the athletes ate. Only the athletes with a seven hour eating window lost weight and had markers of longevity markers called IGF-1 plummeted. And all their genetic markers, for instance, avoiding cancer were activated just by compressing their eating window. Amazing.
