I hope to do these type of free courses, maybe a few times of year. I'm going to take about a month break after this one and then start a course I'm calling perennial habits which will be a deeper dive into the practices. And then after that, when I plan on doing a happiness in the meaning of life. So if anybody's interested, this could be a good time to maybe start the year with a bit of wisdom. There'll be some opportunities to continue if anybody wants to explore a bit further.
