You're building really strong neural pathways and probably also purging and pruning the ones that are no longer useful for you. I would arguably saying that your prefrontal cortex is very happy because it's sort of in that flow state where you're kind of moving in and out whoops. You know certainly a genetic connection to things like Alzheimer's and dementia but there's also livestock connection so I think you're keeping yourself healthy longer.
