Landlords are willing to subsidise some of the retail or commercial rents in order to maintain a vibrant neighbourhood. So that'd be an up and coming area to watch then and potential for investment. Yeah. I'm a good landlord. It's a great thing because they're taking a really long term view. These are not people who are just owning single units on a high street necessarily. But these are people who've got a history with these areas that may stretch back hundreds of years. And they're looking at it with a viewpoint of what is it going to be like for future generations who will step into their shoes and own this land in hundreds of years time. They're also very wealthy
