The President's Declassification of National Security Information
The president's ability to classify and control the law to national security information flows from the Constitution, he says. The standard is Navy versus Eagan, a 1988 case, unanimous decision from the court that Justice Blackman wrote in support of President Trump. "He can put it wherever he wants. He can handle however he wants," Obama tells CNN's Dana Bash.
