Gallup publishes a meta-analysis. I think it's our 10th iteration that we're on right now where we look at the relationship between engagement and performance outcomes. The outcome is for organizations, if you can improve employee engagement, it for sure will boost those outcomes that we're studying most closely. We also know that engagement has a very strong relationship to personal resilience and wellbeing. They're 31% more likely to bounce back after illness or hardship. Our managers are responsible, not just for our performance in the workplace, but our thriving selves as we think about that wider context of life. So huge responsibility.
