The snore call system listens to incoming robocalls and categorizes them. It also figures out the robocalls scam veneer. The company created 60,000 phone numbers that are just like everybody else's. This is useless information. Doesn't do anybody any good. They can't do it. And another big problem is the volume of the calls.
