How to Interview for a Staff PT Position

I do my best to kind of hide my role within the company, but still do like do a little bit of work and realize your role in the company. One thing that I ask both for residency and for just the straight job as a staff PT or a current director is what's your rationale for wanting to do it. If you're doing it because your buddy do it who your buddy did it and now he works for a pro team, maybe that's not the best way to go about it. Maybe it's leveraging, leveraging that connection versus going to residency.
