"I was kind of getting to the point where, like, i've figured, i think the thing that's takin me the longest of time is writing out an individual note on everyone's posters," he says. "So i was just like, writing people's names down, signing it, taking pictures, that kind of thing." He then noticed something changed in the audience when a volunteer said you can choose something signed or a picture.
