Is It Easier to Monitor Siber Space?
i think what's resting is that there is a very clear connection between these real world threats of collective action or unrest and the governance of siber space on line. And looking into the future, does a world in which citizens are more wrapped in fibre space as their new sort of public squares, that better? i don't want to make everything about sort of regime survival, ecause that's a little bit tedious, and that's not what they spend most of their time on. But is that an easier space for them to govern?
