Can you talk a little bit about how d b t can help bring some of those formalities on to the data analyst world? That's my jam. But before talking about it from a tooling perspective, i think it's also important to talk about it from just like, organizational culture perspective. We actually treat softer engineering teams inside of companies differently than we treat data teams.
