The Values of an Organization

When I'm putting a brand together for someone else, the values exercise is separate from this, but it drives it for me. So to the extent that value is just, you know, like a flaming neon sign in front of you, I say put it in. Even if it doesn't survive the final POV, it probably impacts how you write what you ultimately choose to say about your point of view.
