UNC Chapel Hill recently took action to make a school of civic life and leadership. The Board of Trustees unanimously voted to speed up its creation showing the interest in getting something like this off the ground. A survey from last year showed that professors at Chapel Hill were 16 times more likely to be Democrat than Republicans. North Carolina has joined a growing list of states considering bans on transgender medical procedures for minors.
