William: I'm growing up in China, moved to US about 13 years ago. Originally, like plan to finish my PhD, but I just finished my search and start working. He says the goal was to basically like improve the economy without having to follow the Singapore model,. which is to bring millions of people into the country. William: On top of that, we can actually do a little bit of innovation, which is to bringing this identity program on chain.
