If you don't see yourself staying there more than five years, then you're not goig to make that much money off your house. You might be better off to rent that situation. I'm a more conservative o money, but i will find that not like politically conservative, but i'm conservative with with my money. So i tend to agree with what ras is saying here. We some people go way too far me. But it's also a concept that i really appreciate. Tiny living, intentional living.
