Is There a Beauty in the Visual Field?
Beauty is not something the mind can intellectually take apart and say, A plus B equals C, which is beauty. It's just being with it directly as it is. Your reasons for why things are beautiful are always something you've learned in comparison to something else throughout your life. All everything is learned. This is going straight to it. Looking at the shape, even calling it a shape, that's not a shape. That's also learned. But something's there that's, it's so alive. I'm looking at one tiny portion of the field. And if you wanted, you could just see wonder everywhere because wonder is everywhere.
