How to Quantify and Argue a Return on Investment
West Point is a small shop and, you know, we try to do the best that we can. I think most folks will recognize value, especially when you can expose truth with a dimension of your business, dimension of your organization that just was not well known previously. There's value that leaders will see in that because a lot of times leaders are going to need to make decisions based upon more of their state of awareness and a lot of qualitative information. But when you can heighten that, you've created, I think, tremendous value in return.
