Dominique Cren's Whole Cut Self Cultivated Chicken Launches at Bar Cren
CNN's John Sutter talks to upside food chef Dominique Cren. He says the LA chef is a huge philanthropist who feeds people after natural disasters. This week, he launched his first-ever self cultivated chicken at bar Cren on the other side of the country. The restaurant had stopped serving meat in 2018 and this was their first ever paying customer.
