i want to address your point on demo and tyranny of the majority. constitutionalism is a basis by which people can have individual rights. We don't tax that homeless guy. He doesn't earn enough in order to get taxed, because we recognize our tax system as one based on justice. libertarianism is so blind to what injustice actually is. They can't see it in the dark - they can't build society just in this way. And we need social Darwinism if we are going to make progress.
