The Mormon Culture in Utah

I don't know why still it's point blank illegal there to have two drinks in one hand. So like you can't even get a shot up for reals. You also can't buy liquor above a 5% ABV on certain days. And so it's like the Mormon culture is weirdly entwined with the government.
