Most of the representatives were, in fact, scientistsa. And when push came to shove, ah, you talk with people in rooms for hours on endand and eventually, the the representatives fo soty ar ab were just too embarrassed to keep lying. So one thing has to be represented by consensus. When you say consensus, you don't that everybody votes yes. You just a say, does everybody agree with us? And if nobody stands up and says no, then that's consensus. Ase, so this is obviously a recipe for paralysis, and was probably meant to be.
