The Effect of Bernie Evers on Worldom
Bernie Evers gave everyone in the company stock. He viewed holding your stock, I believe, as a sign of loyalty to the company. The fraud really masked the true state of the business and that Worldom probably should have gone into bankruptcy long before it did. It was this kind of winner-take-all ideology in the dot-com industry and the telecom industry.
