Do You Know if You're Around a Sociopath?

When you say sociopath, the first thing that pops into my head is like, I'm okay murdering a person and I feel no guilt about it. But yeah, I guess that's who he was in American Psycho, right? He was a murderer. And they're manipulative. That's the other aspect of them that makes them really fucked up. It's not just murder, it's just like they like to hurt people, but they're so good at seeming like they're a human. So you don't know necessarily you're around a sociopath until it's too late.
