The question depends also on the surgical objective. If you have a cochlea implant patient, in that situation, false positive control is a good thing. You really have to weigh in what is important for that particular patient and that differs. There's some things we can't change. We can't change the fact that fMRI does not tell us which regions are essential to perform the task. And so it seems like a third party would, it could push the field. Some of this does exist.
