It starts with intention, um, and then you make a choice. You have to split out the behavior pattern and then the actual behavior. Do i want it nerly, if i have to ritualistically drive everywhere i go, i'm going to be exhausted every time i get outof the car. I kind of want that to be fairly habitual. If i'm making the same commute every day for years, your brain isn't all that conscious in it. And that's a good thing, because it gets hyper efficient when you go into habitand gives you the bandwit,. the juice to really give it to the stuff that matters - which doesn't happen on a repeated basis.
