One of the things that were hardest was, you know, people couldn't believe it had happened to them. I saw a gentleman who came in, who was a professional middle aged man and otherwise pretty well had a family. And all of a sudden, just to tear it, it was cough and breathlessness by the time he came to us. His auction levels were incredibly low. Even with the high level of oxygen, we're giving through a mask. It was clear that he actually needed to have a tube passed down to take over his breathing. That's very difficult. Why do I go home at the end of that shift? I'm like, well, will he make it?
