What Are Your Hopes for the Adoption of Psychological Health and Safety?

I'm for one excited about the possibilities of ISO 45,000 and three. I like to say we've had so many good pieces of information out there for a while. But maybe once this new standard comes out as a global standard, particularly larger multinationals hopefully who already have 45,001 certified systems will really take it seriously. And we can only hope that some of Marie Boland's recommendations regarding the inclusion of psych health into the WA Chair's Act goes ahead at some point.
