The Gap in India's Climate Action Plans

With heat we're at a pre-public awareness phase in terms of this heat being substantially different. So there is a public awareness issue. Things are being done notally at least on paper things are being done. But what I wonder is how effective they are. We have solutions on paper. We don't know how well they're being implemented. And I suspect there's a variation implementation across the country. This is very expansive knowledge building exercise and they also rely very much on modern communication techniques such as WhatsApp groups.
