The same smell can be either repulsive or attractive depending on its context. Ino is a very basin example, like my dog typo, and is not repulsed by the smell of poop in the same way that i might be. I think this is a good exampe of what the umvalt means. Different creatures vary in what smells they have access to,. then what those smells mean to them, and how those smells are used in their life.
