Don't overthink things too much and just go we also fail once in a while but it as long as there's progress and you're moving forward some good things will come out of it so that's definitely one of them. If you're bootstrapping you won't have a salary for the first year or years to come and you just need to try to make money as fast as possible in order to survive. In our case we decided to make this product that was very free because that kind of helped to sell it as well but that also meant that we only started making money a bit later. Just accept that we might move slower than competition that has raised funds and has a bigger team
