Is the User Research Ethical?
I like to remind people, and even myself, is that we are not our users. We should making decisions based off of the feedback of the people that are using spotted five,. who aren't us, right? So that's what i ca share with wy tem. I's like, we're so wisying or old inner workings, we can't just make assumptions, because assumptions can actually be insults. And then two things would be, like, what problem are weu trying to solve? And then, are we help or are we inhibiting?
