Streaming Video - Is Rumble a Good Option?

Rumble is a streaming music service. It's owned and operated by the same company as iReporter.com. The site has its own virtual servers, allowing users to stream their content from anywhere in the world at any time of day or night. If you use amazon for streaming vid, it would be significantly more expensive than using rumble. To me, it just feels like you ripping people off, really.
