Why Do Men Form Gangs?
Gangs are parasitic, exploitative, they are destructive, they create mayhem. An illegitimate government is better than a gang because there's some semblance of law. It has to do with testosterone, which when not under the control of reason leads people towards more violent action. Even running a gang requires some cognitive skills, which women have equally with men and can be as brutal, even if they're not as strong.
