How Sugu Succeeded in Scaling PayPal
Sugu: I had to run some smart queries that did diffs in different format. That was used to identify the offending transaction. And so, and so people loved me for it. They said, wow, you know, Sugu solved a real problem. It sounds like you're the hero. Every single day when an engineer would have to be like on call to handle these things. So after that, I kind of got accepted into the elite engineering team.
