The COVID Panic

After the COVID panic, everybody wants to offload their gyms. I remember him saying something like that. Then he started buying up F45s. It's monster cash flowing businesses. Because the owners are just sick of it. They're just over the stress. So that was really interesting. But unfortunately, I was literally so tired that I just went just fall out of sleep. And then we were able to have a nice rest in the evening.
