The 2022 Presidential Election
President Guterres was running for reelection there's a two-round system kind of French style thing where the top two candidates go through Jose Ramos-Hordar. He had a substantial lead in the first round and then won quite comfortably 62 to 38 in the second round it's worth bearing in mind that when the former president who goes by the non-de-gaer of Luellol was elected in 2017 that was actually with the support of CNRT he went through as a national candidate.
