I Think It's in the Same Family of Ideas

In some sense, when you think about some of our greatest leaders, at least in technology, they're very much con of single person personality driven. And i think it's in being open to having that conversation with the community that kind of like the real opportunity lies. I'm almost less concerned with whatever governing structure you actually use to to implement it, that seems a fine one. More just what kind of channels to set up with your community to help realize the shared, collective future....
