True customer service is nothing more than a by-product of authentic relationships between your team members and organization in your company. Most of us are forward-facing. Oh, the guest needs to feel so amazing. So I'm going to be real nasty to my team and be super disciplined with my team. So they'll be really nice to the guest. That doesn't make any sense at all. Can you imagine beating the hell out of your kids and then sending them to school and say, be real nice to your friends? What’s going to happen? That your kid is going to beat the heck out of somebody too.
