I like the fact that you didn't start off by talking people through the intelligence cycle. That for me is one of those intelligence cliches, which I think is not necessarily useful or relevant anymore. The best way of trying to put over a rational analysis was to think about the outputs. So what are the potential outcomes that an analyst could provide for a customer? And the first, I have this acronym SEES-S-T-E-S and the first S in SEES is situational awareness.
