I would say every morning maybe three weeks previously to the mandala workshop I actually would meditate between 10 and 30 minutes a day. And I was asking my soul really specific questions so that those ideas started to come into like a confluence of ideas right? So then I start to take that all those different pieces and start to align them into that puzzle that comes out as the actual artwork itself. Yeah, it's it's pretty good I mean I'm glad to hear well I'm glad that you thought my document was good enough to use.
